can I call this finished???

even though it's not yet lined?

I just want to have a think about the method of closure (perhaps something magnetic) before I start on the lining

    I marked where I wanted the handles to be, and continued working in the round... when I reached the place for a handle to start, I worked a length of chain, which I then joined to where I wanted that handle to finish... and repeated for the other side (this creates a button hole style of handle)

    then I just worked two more rounds on top
