This time I have made the "accidental hat" in an adult size, as a Christmas gift.
Master Nine is modeling it here for me, although it is a smidge too large for him.
If you haven't read the story behind the original accidental hat, or would like to see instructions on how to make one yourself...

That is a great hat, and a very handsome model! :) I may just have to do a couple of those for quick gifts.
Very Colourful!
chelsea - thanks... they are a fabulous use of odds and ends, and so much fun to wear... I'm thinking that I need to make one for myself
christianne - thank you :)
Gosh, I just looooooooove your stuff! I've been organizing my studio after the big move and you wouldn't believe how many times I pick up something I hope to throw out, stop, think about you, and then keep it. Now you have to understand that the object is to get rid of some of this excess STUFF that is EVERYWHERE but thoughts of you and your creativity are holding me hostage! HA! :) I just don't want to throw anything out and then come to your blog and find some real coolness made from what just went to the trash. Needless to say, I'm smiling alot these days. Thanks for your awesome imagination! You rock!
Love the hat it is beautiful & looks very warm. I am a leukemia patient & have been bald for about 3 months, do you sell these?
Thank you,
Sandi
leslie - I'm at a point at the moment where I have plenty of recycled materials to keep me going for years... yet it is so hard NOT to keep accumulating... it's so frustrating!!!! arghhhh...
