I haven't dropped off the face of the earth... honest!

blues

I've just been really distracted of late!

There's been lots of re-organising going on at my place lately... and it's eaten up all my crafting time. But it's been wonderfully therapeutic, none-the-less...

It's most liberating to clear the JUNK out of your life... which leaves the path clear for you to focus on the important stuff...

My craft room has had a massive clean out. The only problem is that I get distracted when I'm sorting, because I want to play with everything...

whites

Like my button and bead collection...

I spent hours and hours the other day... sorting them into colour groups... and I loved every minute of it!

Lovely photos! I'm tempted to put them on my desktop as wallpaper :)

We had a button tin when I was young at home and I used to spend hours sorting through them. Thanks for bringing back happy memories. In fact I still have the tin here. The buttons are now in a larger tin.

Must be something in the 'air' because I thought it was spring cleaning (autumn for you?) that has me doing a major sort and shift and select what to keep, what to pass on.
It does feel great. Fine tuning.
Resonated enjoyment! Thanks.

Isn't organizing wonderful. I've been organizing my craft room too, but made the mistake of moving everything out of the room. Now I don't want to put it back because it will make the room look cluttered again.

Wow, your blog is awesome! I learned so much from your post about recycling a jumper. What a great way to recycle AND save money! I read about why you shaved your head and think that's wonderful. My brother died of bladder cancer 8 months ago so I know what it's like. But, hey, I think you look beautiful with your head shaved. It rocks with your piercing! Hugs to you from Los Angeles, California!

karen - there is definitely something about spring which sets us into 'spruce up' mode... not sure what has triggered me... probably the fact that I wanted to do some craft, but things here were too messy to find half of what I wanted! sad but true...

egebs - oh no! I know that feeling only too well!!!

glo joe sews - thanks for stopping by... hugs for you on the loss of your brother, too much sadness in the world sometimes... thanks for all your beautiful feedback... much appreciated
